I’ve had chronic digestive problems, may have bacterial overgrowth in small intestine, have not given up foods that cause these problems, but I do note some change, however slight is happening .I am in a sense, a work in progress.

So glad I learned about this from KickItNaturally.com

Aside from the fact that my gut is a mess, I didn't realize what was going on in regards to low stomach acid (I didn't know that was the issue). It's taken a while for this to work well, because I kept testing amounts of capsules. One just wasn't enough for a meal (for me). I am so relieved the food is finally leaving my stomach in a more natural manner/time instead of just sitting there for hours and hours and hours. If you have this problem, I highly recommend Betaine HCL.
